Did you know that breathing really fast repeatedly for a few seconds before holding your breath allows you to hold your breath for up to an extra 10 seconds? Yes you're hyper-ventilating, but what the hey, if you were a diving girl I'm sure you would find that information helpful.
So, a new year eh? Well if 2005 was anything to go by, (which for me may I add, it isn't) then 2006 should be a figurative firecracker. I'm going to try and make it explosive anyway!
I know I've made some New Year's Resolutions and I intend to keep them, I got through two of last year's three, so this year I'm aiming for a prefect score. But what about you? Got a resolution that involves frying something awful for your great Aunt Gebtreuse? Do you plan on adding an extra metre of hair to your mop? Hey, you could be aiming to increase your tankless diving record, which I may have just helped you with!
Whatever it is, post it in your comment and I'll be awarding brownie points for the best one.
